Round Two of the Foreclosure Crisis

Newsweek Magazine has reported that our Nation is going to be faced with Round Two of the Foreclosure Crisis: Unemployment.
Phase One was a result of mortgage loans and as many homeowners have been fighting to stay in thier homes by taking advantage of loan modification programs however the next wave in our economy - unemployment is going to make it difficult to qualify for a modification.  It is predicted that Round Three will involve the adjustable rate loans defaulting until about 2011.
